Working out of a beautiful private gym called Kinetic Barn, I am committed to helping people lead healthier and more active lives. I believe every individual has their own goals and needs, which is why I take a personalised approach to fitness.


Whether you are aiming to gain muscle, lose weight or to alleviate aches and pains, I design custom plans to fit your lifestyle.


My focus is on more than just a physical transformation, it is about empowering you to make positive and lasting changes in how you approach your health. I'm here to guide you every step of the way on your fitness journey.

1-to-1 PT

Achieve your fitness goals with 1 to 1 personal training sessions designed just for you. With personalised one on one guidance, you'll have the accountability and motivation you need to stay on track. I will work with you, progressing each week to meet your goals.

Hockey S&C

With hockey specific programmes, take your performance on the pitch to the next level. Sessions are tailored to you to help you develop the agility, strength, power and endurance needed for hockey.

2-to-1 PT

Take your fitness to the next level with my 2 to 1 personal training sessions! These sessions offer a more affordable, yet equally effective way to achieve your fitness goals while enjoying the motivation and support of a workout partner. Whether you're aiming for better strength, toning or overall fitness, I will guide you both through customised programmes that are tailored to your needs. Experience a fun, challenging and rewarding workout in a dynamic duo setting!
